Create hosted Tola checkout sessions for consumer payments.

This is Tola's hosted payment flow.

This section covers:

• Checkout session creation for generating a hosted consumerURL that the consumer completes on a Tola-managed payment page.
• Redirect-based payment journeys where the merchant does not need to manage mobile money details such as msisdn or channel directly.
• Supplier-hosted payment flows that cannot be supported through the direct transaction API.

Checkout is required for some suppliers whose payment flow involves interaction with supplier-hosted pages.
